A continuous improvement manager to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role, you will analyze current practices, partake in the development process and improvement of the business as well as, the implementation of changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance. This position reports directly to the Plant General manager.
Your core responsibilities include:

Analyzing company processes and procedures.

Developing process enhancement strategies and Lean continuous improvement activity.

Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.

Establishing norms and standards of company performance.

Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.

Develop the “Gemba” and QRQC culture at all levels of the organization.

Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.

Managing staff and teams of various sizes.

Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes

Qualifications:
Academic background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, process management, or operations. A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial.
Experience: minimum of 10 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management. Manufacturing environment in automotive industry.
Other: A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures. A strategic, analytical and Gemba oriented mindset. An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills. A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies. Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and mentoring skills. Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
Languages: English. Depending on the country of interest, an understanding of their commonly used language will be a plus.

US: Florida with 100 employees and is specialized in R&D and battery manufacturing for the Aerospace, Defense & Performance (ADP) sector. Maryland with 300 employees specialized in R&D and battery manufacturing for the Aerospace, Defense & Performance (ADP) sector.
