To support this ambition, we are looking for new passionate and experienced talents in Industrialization and Equipment to join our factories. The positions to be filled will be based in one of our factories in the USA (Valdese, Valdosta, Jacksonville or Cockeysville). Main Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of industrial equipment: Develop and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Project management: Supervise installation and maintenance projects of equipment, in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Performance analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of equipment and processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Technological watch: Stay updated with the latest innovations and technologies in the field of industrialization to propose cutting-edge solutions.
- Training and mentoring: Support and train junior team members to develop their technical and professional skills.
- Participation in cross-factories projects that may require frequent travel within the US and abroad (up to 30% of working time).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, with strong expertise in industrialization and equipment.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAE software, project management tools, and Lean Manufacturing techniques. A penchant or knowledge in automation and industrial computing would be a plus as well as in laser or ultrasonic welding processes.
- Languages: English is required. Any other foreign language spoken is welcome.
- Soft skills: Analytical mind, rigor, sense of initiative, and results-oriented. Ability to work and communicate with multicultural and international teams.
- Ability to work in the USA is required as many of our projects requested to have a US Person status.
