Whitepaper cover Data Center

Data centers are big electricity consumers. According to an article1 from the IEA (International Energy Agency), in 2021 they were responsible for the consumption of 1% of all world’s electricity supply. A large part of their electricity demand comes from cooling systems that keep servers and other equipment at temperatures around 25 °C, and for the same reason they also consume a substantial amount of water.
